Cancellation & Refund
CANCELLATION POLICY: For cancellation, if written notice is received before 31 August 2022, a refund, less RM200 (local participant) or USD200 (international participant) administration charge, will be given. If written notice for cancellation is received after 31 August 2022 but before 01 October 2022, a refund, less RM500 (local participant) or USD400 (international participant) administration charge, will be given. No refund will be given for cancellation after 01 October 2022. For no-shows at the conference, no refund will be given.
